Refund policy

Cancellation of a Transaction and Refund
 
1. The customer may cancel the transaction subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 -1981.
2. The purchase of the product may be canceled at any time from the date the order is placed until the end of 14 days from the date of delivery or the date of receipt of the transaction confirmation, whichever is later, by sending a written cancellation notice to the Customer Service Department by fax or registered mail. The cancellation fee is 5% of the product's cost or NIS 100, whichever is lower. 
3. After these fourteen days, the purchase cannot be canceled. The cost of returning the product is the sole responsibility and expense of the customer.
4. If the customer complains that a product is defective and it is returned and/or replaced, but the product is found to be in working order, the customerwill be charged shipping and handling costs.
5. An order for products specially ordered from abroad for a customer cannot be canceled.
6. The store reserves the right to sue the consumer for damage to the returned product and/or depreciation of the product.
7. A product purchase may be canceled only by sending a written notice and/or by fax and/or by email directly to the store. 
8. The product may be returned only by handing it over at the physical store or by shipping it to the business. 
9. The product must arrive intact, complete and undamaged, without having been removed from its original packaging and/or used in any way.
10. In cases of cancellation without a justified reason regarding the nature of the cancellation, the customer will also be charged for the difference in shipping costs, as detailed below:
A. Pickups: the cost will be increased to NIS 30.
B. Home deliveries by courier: the cost will be increased to NIS 45.
