Product Delivery
1. The store will arrange delivery of the product or service purchased on the website to an address in Israel only.
2. The store and/or suppliers will not be liable for any delay in delivering the product in the following cases:
A. Force majeure, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, war, hostilities, a state of emergency and natural disasters.
B. A strike or shutdown at suppliers of services or goods required to manufacture and/or transport the products.
C. Any other reason beyond the control of the store or suppliers.
D. In the case of free shipping, if the shipment is delayed and/or does not reach the customer, the customer will not receive compensation, and no compensation will be provided.
3. The stated delivery times do not include the day payment for the order is made.
4. Shipping methods do not cover all destinations, and some exceptional destinations require an additional shipping charge. Therefore, please check the requested destination carefully before placing your order.
5. Shipping methods do not indicate the time it will take for goods to reach destinations in the exceptional areas listed below. We therefore strongly recommend checking whether the requested destination is considered an exceptional area.
6. UPS pickup point delivery - products will be delivered within 1-6 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays) after advance payment has been completed. Exact delivery times are shown on the order page.
7. Home delivery by courier - products will be delivered within 1-6 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays) after advance payment has been completed. Exact delivery times are shown on the order page. (Excluding the exceptional areas listed below.)
8. UPS express courier delivery - products will be delivered according to the times shown on the order page (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays) after advance payment has been completed, and excluding the day the order is placed. (Excluding the exceptional areas listed below.)
9. In areas with security-related access restrictions, the store and/or supplier may deliverthe products to customers at a nearby, customary location, by prior arrangement with the customer.
10. If products are returned to us by the shipping company due to incorrect information provided and/or an incorrect address and/or the recipient's failure to claim the package, the product(s) may be resent to a new address provided by the user, for an additional shipping fee based on the shipping method selected by the user and the rate for that method listed on the website on that day. In all cases, reshipping will be charged.
11. The store and/or anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages incurred by the customer due to any delay, postponement or failure to deliver a product or service, regardless of the basis of the claim, including loss of income and/or loss of profits arising for any reason.
12. Product delivery times stated on the sales page include business days only, namelySunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.
13. Delivery times for exceptional areas (for deliveries to the customer only) - Eilat, the Arava communities, the Negev communities, Judea, Samaria and Benjamin, the Golan Heights, kibbutzim and moshavim - will be longer than the times stated on the sales page, by up to 14 days.
14. The regulations of the Postal Authority or any other body carrying out the transportation and delivery of products or services will apply to all product deliveries/transportation through the website and will be binding on every person placing an order.
15. For all purposes, the place where the transaction is carried out will be considered the store's place of business, even if the customer chooses to receive the product by mail or courier.
16. In the case of exceptional transportation or shipping outside Israel, the store and/or suppliers may charge an additional fee on top of the charge for standard shipping.
17. Shipping fees to remote communities will be higher than those stated on the sales page and will be provided to the customer before the charge is made.
